Und wie eng verbunden mit der Natur. Hitzewellen, \u00dcberschwemmungen, Luftverschmutzung, Infektionskrankheiten, Nahrungskrisen und Hungersn\u00f6te f\u00fchren uns immer wieder drastisch vor Augen, dass unsere&nbsp;<strong>Gesellschaft auf funktionierende \u00d6kosysteme und ein stabiles Klima angewiesen<\/strong>&nbsp;ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Klima- und Umweltkrise stellt zweifellos das&nbsp;<strong>gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gesundheitsrisiko des 21. Jahrhunderts<\/strong>&nbsp;dar. Aber auch umgekehrt gilt: Klima-, Umwelt- und Artenschutz sind immer auch Gesundheitsschutz. Und da die zunehmenden Umwelt- und Gesundheitsprobleme oft gemeinsame Wurzeln haben, k\u00f6nnen bei den L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tzen Synergien gefunden werden. Diese gilt es zu nutzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vor diesem Hintergrund entstand in den letzten Jahren&nbsp;<strong>Planetary Health (deutsch: Planetare Gesundheit) als umfassendes Gesundheitskonzept.<\/strong>&nbsp;Im Zentrum steht der ebenso schlichte wie folgenreiche Gedanke, dass ein&nbsp;<strong>gesundes Leben f\u00fcr uns Menschen nur auf einem gesunden Planeten<\/strong>m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das n\u00e4chste Hauptgutachten des W<strong>issenschaftlichen Beirats der Bundesregierung Globale Umweltver\u00e4nderungen (WBGU)<\/strong>, das 2023 ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden soll, wird diesem Thema gewidmet sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Die&nbsp;<strong>\u00c4rztin und Epidemiologin Prof. Dr. Sabine Gabrysch<\/strong>&nbsp;ist&nbsp;<strong>Mitglied des WBGU<\/strong>&nbsp;und wird in ihrem Vortrag zentrale Elemente und Schl\u00fcsselfragen des Planetary Health-Ansatzes zur Diskussion stellen. Sie erhielt 2019 einen Ruf auf den&nbsp;<strong>Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Klimawandel und Gesundheit<\/strong>, der von<strong>&nbsp;der Berliner Charit\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;und dem&nbsp;<strong>Potsdam-Institut f\u00fcr Klimafolgenforschung<\/strong>&nbsp;als bundesweit erster an einer medizinischen Fakult\u00e4t eingerichtet wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
