Daf\u00fcr gibt das gleichnamige Gutachten, an dem der heutige Referent, Prof. Carsten Sommer von der Uni Kassel, mitgewirkt hat, kr\u00e4ftige Impulse: \u00d6PNV als kommunale Pflichtaufgabe (zwecks Finanzierbarkeit), \u00d6PNV-Mindest-Qualit\u00e4tsstandards, finanzielles Ausbauprogramm und stringenter R\u00fcckbau klimasch\u00e4dlicher Subventionen, bessere, \u00fcbersichtlichere, attraktivere Tarifsysteme ohne Automaten-Dickicht, Beschleunigung der \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehre, fl\u00e4chendeckende Einrichtung von Mobilit\u00e4tsstationen mit E-Bikes und E-Taxis, dichtere Taktzeiten nicht nur in der Stadt sondern auch in der Fl\u00e4che. Das alles zwecks Attraktivit\u00e4tsverlagerung weg vom Motorisierten Individual-Verkehr, hin zur vermehrten Nutzung des \u00d6ffentlichen.
